Updates: November 2026

Ext Pro sync, an Android widget, starter decks, translating text from other apps, quick card sharing, AI translations and daily review history.

Ext Lite is now Ext Pro, with synchronization

Browser extension

Ext Lite has changed its name to Ext Pro and now includes synchronization of your cards, decks and study progress between browser extensions, plus automatic cloud backup when sync is enabled.

With your cards and study progress synced, you can use the extension on both desktop and mobile with Firefox for Android. On your phone, you can translate words on the page, save new cards and see words from your synced cards highlighted as you browse.

Existing Ext Lite subscribers get these additions too. Pro also includes app access, with sync between the app and extension. See Pricing & plans for the differences.

Review from your Android home screen

Android app

Fit a few reviews between other things with the home-screen widget, without opening the full app. Reveal the answer, mark whether you remembered it, and move to the next card.

Hear either side of a card pronounced. Open Widget in the app menu to add one to your home screen and choose its settings.

Review a card directly on your home screen.

Start with a deck from the library

App

Deck library offers a small curated selection of starter decks for complete beginners. Open the add menu, choose Deck library, select your learning and translation languages, and preview a deck before adding it.

Translate from other Android apps

Android app

Select a word or phrase in another app, then choose Translate with Rememberry. Rememberry opens and translates the text automatically, ready for you to save as a flashcard.

You can also use another app’s Share menu and choose Rememberry to send text for translation. Install the Android app from Google Play to use either option.

Share cards through a link

App

Learning a language with friends or family? Share a useful word or a selection of cards with them through a link. They can preview the cards, choose or create a deck, and save their own copies. Your study progress stays separate.

You can also get new cards from your own AI chat: ask it to create cards and a Rememberry import link. AI chats with web search can find the import format online. You can also share the card import instructions directly. Open the link to preview and save the cards.

AI translations

App

You can now use AI to get more precise translations of words and short phrases. Results usually take longer than regular translations. On the Translate screen, translate a word or short phrase, then open the AI tab to compare the suggested meanings and choose what to save.

AI translations require an internet connection and a Pro subscription.

See a day’s review history

App

Tap a day in the Study screen’s activity chart to open its review history. See the cards and their translations, with colors showing recall difficulty. Use the AI practice button to practice that day’s vocabulary in your own AI chat.

Open the app to explore your daily review history.
