Ways to move from recognition to active use

Each method starts with the cards from your latest review session and opens in your own AI chat, where you type or speak if the provider supports voice. Switch formats for recall, production, translation or understanding.

  • Dialogue

    Have a back-and-forth conversation, typed or spoken, that combines words and phrases from several reviewed cards in natural sentences.

  • Fill-in-the-blank

    Complete sentences with missing vocabulary while the AI combines related words and phrases from your cards.

  • Multiple choice

    Choose the correct translation from four options. The AI combines two or three learned items, avoids repetition and briefly explains mistakes.

  • Definitions

    Describe a word from your reviewed cards and let the AI identify it (useful for practicing meaning without relying on direct translation).

  • Comprehension

    Read sentences built from your vocabulary, then answer questions about their meaning, grammar and context.

  • Sentence building

    Receive vocabulary from your cards and create original sentences that use those words naturally in context.

  • Sentence translation

    Translate sentences into the study language. The exercise instructions ask the AI to explain errors and check for the same mistake in later sentences.

  • Your method

    Start with the reviewed cards and latest recall difficulty, then ask for a story, your own drill or another practice format.

What Rememberry sends to your AI chat

Rememberry builds the handoff from the session you have just completed. It selects cards matching the language you choose, includes both sides of every card and adds how difficult the latest recall felt. It then appends the instructions for your chosen method and opens the AI provider you selected.

Practicing with AI after a review

How do I start AI practice?
Complete a repetition session in the Rememberry app, tap Practice with AI on the result screen, choose the language and exercise type, then send the prepared message in the AI chat that opens.
Which cards are used?
Rememberry uses cards from the session you just finished. If that session contains more than one language, it keeps the cards whose source or target language matches the language you select for practice.
Does recall difficulty affect the exercise?
The message labels each card with your latest recall difficulty: easy, normal, hard or very hard. Your AI provider can use that context when generating the exercise and explaining mistakes.
Does Rememberry include a built-in AI chat?
No. Rememberry prepares the card context and exercise instructions, then opens your selected AI provider. You practice in your own AI chat instead of paying for a second AI subscription inside Rememberry.
Can I practice by speaking?
Yes, if your AI chat supports voice. From the mobile app, Rememberry prepares the message and opens your selected provider. You type or speak in that chat. Rememberry does not have its own voice mode.
Can I ask for a different exercise?
Yes. Choose Your method to open the chat with your reviewed cards and learning context but without a predefined exercise. Then ask for a story about the cards, a tougher drill or another practice format.
