How it works

From a topic to saved cards in six steps

Rememberry writes the AI instructions and handles the import format. The cards are generated in your own AI chat, the one you already use.

    Open Generate Cards

    Choose Generate Cards from the add menu or from a deck. From Study, you can create a new deck or select an existing one.

    Choose the source

    Enter a topic, theme or scenario, or pick a recommended option such as common words, Extend this deck or From uploaded picture.

  3. 3

    Set languages and size

    Choose the original language and the translation language. Request 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40 or 50 cards, or turn the limit off.

    Generate in your AI chat

    Press Generate to open your selected AI provider with a structured message. Send it, and attach an image or source file when the cards should be based on one.

    Copy the complete response

    Wait for the AI to finish, then use the copy button below its message. Copy the full response so none of the structured card data is missing.

  6. 6

    Return and press Paste

    Rememberry reads the clipboard, extracts and validates the cards, then creates the new deck or adds them to the deck you selected.

Generating flashcards with AI

Can I generate cards without internet?
Yes. On supported devices, the separate Android app can generate cards and decks with an on-device model after you download it. The browser-installed web app does not offer on-device generation.
Which Android devices support on-device card generation?
Android 8.0 or later, on a device from Google’s current device list. In Rememberry, open Generate Cards and select On-device model to check whether the model is available or can be downloaded. It offers 5, 10, 15 or 20 cards, does not open an external chat, and may be less accurate than your AI chat.
Are there ready-made decks for beginners?
Yes. Deck library in the app offers beginner starter decks. For your own topic or level, use AI generation. The FAQ explains how to add a starter deck.
What should I do if Paste fails?
Use the copy button below the AI message to copy the complete response again, then return to Rememberry and press Paste. Also make sure clipboard access is allowed. Rememberry cannot import an empty, incomplete or invalid response.
Does Rememberry charge for AI usage?
Rememberry does not add an AI usage fee. Its AI features require Demo or Pro. Your AI chat may apply its own account or usage limits.
